The main feature of the company is the time it takes to create a product, which is measured not even in months, but in weeks.My role in the company includes both the tasks of a project manager and a business analyst:- scoping the work, creating wireframes and mockups;- requirements gathering and management;- managing the team of designers and developers, task setting and prioritization, progress control and risk management;- quality assurance.
