I serve on the Boards of Mandala Space Ventures and its subsidiary Continuum Space Services. Mandala was formed to support and guide founders building the next generation of space innovations. The company's goal is to accelerate the building/learning curve for founders in this uniquely challenging but rewarding endeavor.

• Served as a key member of the executive team and trusted advisor to the Board of Directors. • Responsible for all legal matters, including corporate governance & compliance, SEC reporting, litigation and investigations, government relations, IP (patents, copyrights and trademarks), privacy & data security, consumer protection, risk management, labor & employment, financing, M&A, licensing and other commercial transactions. • Played a central role in preparing for and completing Roku’s IPO in 2017. • Oversaw financings to raise billions of dollars in capital and liquidity, multiple strategic M&A transactions, numerous deals with key business partners, and a high-profile litigation and government relations campaign to lift an import ban in Mexico. • Built an outstanding legal team based on a culture of cross-functional collaboration and a dual mission of serving and protecting the company.

As a partner at a highly respected global law firm, I served as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives, Boards of Directors and other stakeholders. I leveraged my deep knowledge and experience in M&A, Financing, Licensing, Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances, Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance and Compliance, and Litigation Management to serve clients across a broad range of industries and stages of development. I also served in various leadership roles within the firm, including as managing partner of the firm's Los Angeles office and a Co-Chair of the firm's Global TMT practice group.
