Part of the club which organized TEDx MAHE 2022

Worked in the Logistics Operations Department and performed analysis on the following data:1. Analyzed the serviceability of various courier delivery partners of Shiprocket (Amazon, Bludeart etc.). The results of this analysis gave the company and overview about the strengths and weaknesses of each of its courier partners2. Determined the reach and efficiency of each courier across all the pincodes of India where Shiprocket performs pickups and deliveries. This analysis highlighted the regions where Shiprocket can strengthen its services3. Performed analysis of all customer queries and the agents handling those queries. This was used to conduct a performance review of the Customer Service Department at Shiprocket.

As a trainee I worked on a project - "Capacity Utilization of Ovens" which involved assessing the utility of the Ovens used in the SJS Factory. This involved the concepts of Discrete Event Simulation and Queuing Theory. I also learned about the basics of Inventory Management, Analyzing and classifying inventories, Calculation of safety stock and tools of Lean Manufacturing.
