I have more than 10 years of professional experience across various financial disciplines in one of Russia’s largest media holdings. I was in part of the team managing company’s financial strategy in foreign markets, including assets management and profit maximization for European and Asian subsidiaries. I was then promoted to oversee financial performance, budget planning, and processes’ optimization for the entire holding company.Along with my successful career in finance, I have been studying different programming languages for the past 12 years. In 2012 I founded several profitable online-stores.In 2014, I developed my first public service from scratch, as a self-taught full-stack developer. A successful launch of this product made me think of a potential career change. I kept learning new programming technologies and already in 2019 I started a new role, as a Frontend Developer in EPAM Systems. Since then, I have been leading teams of developers on various complex projects across digital governance, financial services and electronic data interchange industries.Last achievements:• Designed Development Protocols covering technology requirements,coding rules, contingency plans, as well as design of the accompanyingdocumentation for various teams• Delivered a series of workshops on Contract-First methodology andFeature-Sliced design to company staff (up to 200 attendees)• Development of open-source React UI and Utilities library• Responsible for Frontend architecture across numerous projects
