Personal Summary, Nowadays, I lead HR for 500+ employees in global sites (Israel, Romania and Greece). I’m a member of the company's top management team, and lead HR policy in all organizational aspects, including significant changes in management processes and organizational development. I serve as an HR Business Partner to senior management.In the past, I've held a variety of positions that have allowed me to garner a unique and wide perspective on HR roles in organizations. For several years, I managed autonomous business units in two companies which provided HR services to and consulted for organizations. In these positions, I was a pioneer in the sourcing field in Israel and led the shift to perceive HR processes in organizations as marketing activities, both internally and externally. I have also widely lectured at professional conferences and written professional articles in the field.
