I have an overall responsibility for the professional operations and the business development of two business units, including: budgeting, marketing strategy to various client types, management of sales operations and customer preservation and planning and executing yearly business plans.In this capacity, I:• Managed 20 employees, including managers and team leaders. I set goals and brought the team to their realization. I implemented new work processes and tools.• Characterized training and identified needed skills. I built a yearly training plan and took part in teaching relevant parts of the curriculum.• I built and implemented a market-responsive groundbreaking work strategy in high technology recruitment, including the development of yet untapped recruitment and sourcing resources.• Initiated and implemented an employee retention plan.

I mange the Outsourcing & Consulting services including sales ,operations and employees.I lead HR recruitment& workshops and provide personal training to managers throughout the recruitment process.Specifically, I lead a workshop on interviewing and a workshop on web 2.0 recruiting.

In this capacity I:Build and manage the full company-wide recruitment process, beginning with the sourcing and through the employee's full orientation and OJT. I budget, create the yearly plan and manage the recruitment staff. I implement qualitative and quantitaive benchmarks, recruite high level menagement and implement a global recruitment software system.As HR business partner I design and implement a strategy for facing organizational change, implement the employee evaluation process, map out the top talent, advise and coach management and maintain constant communication with TI's global sites. In my staff I manage 2 referents (welfare and recruitment). Projects implemented:Site unification.: Managed the HR and internal comunication aspects for company's move from two separate sites to one unified site.Layoff plans, including management training, preparation of training material and guides for the manager and employee.Led internal tranfer processes within the organization
