The idea for Bond Collective (formerly Coworkrs) came out of my desire to create an environment that reflected how I wanted to work and be comfortable in a mature, functional space. I founded BOND Collective the same year with my partner Elie Deitsch and today, the company has grown to 13 locations nationwide. Today I get to bring that passion to workers in New York and beyond. For me, creating a sense of home and belonging for members is paramount and is reflective in each aspect of Bond Collective’s spaces and community. -

By 2000, he was running his own crew building residential homes in Rockland County. In 2004, Shlomo became a property manager for Marx Development,Shlomo and Elie immediately hit it off, working together at both Marx and Atria to facilitate the acquisitions, financing, building plans, and construction of a number of major development projects in New York, including three high-end condo buildings in East Harlem, as well as a two hundred-unit renovation on the Upper East Side. Without realizing it at the time, the two were entering into a friendship and business partnership that would lay the groundwork for ELBO Construction years later. ELBO possesses a strong revolving client base of real estate companies and developers, and manages brownstone and luxury apartment renovations throughout Manhattan.
