Hosting a broad wealth of experience from more than 30 years in the field of defense and security (HLS), I am a former officer of the Israeli Naval Commandos elite unite, and various positions in the IDF; I also served as head of security in various embassies around the world.My tenure with the IDF included a variety of post, including that of the deputy commander of the counter Terror Academy, Warfare means Development Officer for Operational units and Special Forces, which included the implementation of cutting edge technological units. This position included all the elements of management and development, of projects in the field of warfare means including an in depth acquaintance with the operational needs of the respective fields. I have also accumulated years of experience in the field of Defense and Security on an international level as well. Following my graduation from the Israeli Security Agency Advanced Protection Officer’s course, I was commissioned a position in Israeli embassies abroad, including India and Brazil where I was responsible for the protection of Israeli facilities and dignitaries. These duties incorporated the need for an over-encompassing understanding of threat and risk analysis, design of security plans, coordination with local security forces and the design of threat mitigation measures including the operational design of command and control entities.Since retiring from the IDF, I have participated in several commercial defense and security projects, including the design and Implementation of systems for institutions and private companies in Israel and abroad. For the last five years, I was in charge of the marketing and exports licensing of defense equipment at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd.
