I am an attached and passionate professional who has experienced in diverse types of positions in both tech industries and official government institutions. During my recent work experience at BIHORIZON LLC | San Francisco, California I have advanced my skills to quickly absorb and generate new ideas and concepts by illustrating logical and analytical ways to solving complicated problems and issues. Having a 2-year experience as an International Project Manager at Uzbekistan Teachers English Association elevated my performance on self-initiative together with organizational and managerial skills required to achieve tight deadlines and goals. Through out my employment at the organisation I have launched more than 2 unique projects in spheres of education, civil rights and social action. I have not only strived to be a motivational and inspirational leader as I was representing the Ministry of Pubic Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, but also thrived in highly pressurized and challenging environments.
