I' ve built systems for mega banks, regional banks, and securities companies for 10 years.While working as a PL / PM for the last 5 years, I've engaged in team management, profit management, customer requirement definition, performance tuning and prototype programming.From 2020, I belonged to the CTO division and involved in the examination of the latest technology trends and in-house technology education.My favorite business field is financial lending and securities risk. Securities risk means market risk, for example, VaR(Value at Risk).As for technology, I have experience in developing Java, Python, C #, JavaScript, jQuery, bin / bash, etc.In particular, I'm good at design patterns and various modeling that utilize Java's object orientation, and I have experience in actual field application.In CTO division, in order to popularize DDD at the implementation level, create sources and materials.And, implement simple applications using Flutter, Swift, and typescript and deploy them on Git.As for management, I have experience in customer negotiations for requirement definition and team management of about 30 people, and has achieved the target of profit margin.入社から10年、メガバンク、地方銀行、証券会社のシステム構築に携わっている。直近5年はPL/PMとして活動しながら、チームマネジメント、採算管理、顧客との要件定義、性能チューニングやプロトタイプのプログラミングを実施。2020度からCTO技術戦略室に所属し最新技術動向や今後の社内技術教育への検討に携わる。社内技術教育の一環としてSlack内の技術コミュニティのイベントやマイクロラーニングで活性化を実施。業務関連の知識としては、金融の融資、証券リスク関連。特に融資は個人向けローンが得意であり、証券は市場リスク(VaR関連)が得意領域となる。技術関連としては、Java、Python、C#、JavaScript、jQuery、bin/bash等の開発経験有。特に、Javaのオブジェクト指向を活用したデザインパターン、各種モデリングは得意な領域であり、実際に現場適用の経験有。マーティンファウラーのPoEAAｆからレイヤードアーキテクチャを1000人月の案件に適用。※開発全体はウォータフォールだったが、設計～開発はスクラム形式で実施現在の技術戦略室ではDDDを実装レベルで普及するためソースや資料の作成、FlutterやSwift、typescriptを利用した簡易アプリを実装してGitで展開。マネジメントとしては、要件定義のための顧客折衝と30人程度のチームマネジメントを経験しており、利益率の目標も達成している。業務以外の自発的な動きとして、AI選抜研修に選出され、画像処理や予測、PoCでNLPの実装経験有(Pythonにて開発)。また、海外出張でNYのAIカンファレンスに情報収集など。
