1- Responsible for all washing plant operations including planning,scheduling and execution of bulk production at the given resources and facility.2- Cost reduction measures on an ongoing process.3- Lead workers as a unit for effective utilization of 5M.4- Hourly production monitoring of each department / section of the plant for optimum productivity.5- Data analysis to improve productivity and minimize rejection percentage.6- Assure quality of products as per buyer's standards.7- Keep coordination between all departments like marketing,procurement, administration, HR, accounts and security. etc.

1- Reports to CEO.2- Monitoring Quality Management System.3- Effective quality control management including, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing and packing.4- Dealing with all buyers and their Q.C for smooth execution of orders. 5- Complete responsibility of final inspection of finished products for in time shipment. 6- Provide all technical support to production team to enhance quality and productivity. etc...

1- Reports to Laboratory Manager2- Assist P.C engineer in all stages of process. 3- Maintenance of process control records.4- Training on process control and quality assurance system.
