KEY PERFORMANCE AREA- Meeting clients to discuss their Print & Fabrication needs.- Briefing the vendors team who will produce the Print & Stands.- Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure deadlines are meet.- Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client.- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within quality tolerances and at an acceptable price- Find and manage outside resources.- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.- Liaising among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, Brand Teams.- Reviewing suppliers performance.- Maintain a bidders’ list, vendors’ file, and such other records as are needed for the efficient operation of the purchasing function.- Generate and communicate specifications and expectations for projects.- Plans, organises and leads the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFQ, RFE, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding suppliers on the processes involved.- Develop written quality assurance standards and ensure compliance
