• Preparation of credit proposals of existing and new borrowers, preparation of extension and other credit related memos and submit for approvals• Analysing credit and financial statements, financial standing and reputation of the clients in terms of their balance sheet and position in the industry to mitigate risk factors• Review identify and mitigate potential risks during preparation of credit proposals• Keep close coordination with credit risk department, Legal department and appointed lawyers for security perfection.• Coordinate with clients for completion of documents & other post disbursement formalities.• Facilitate auditors in in respect of internal & external audits and fulfil audit requirements with reference to the SBP’s compliance guidelines
