- Monitoring Daily Operations, Flagging issues and placing strategic systems to overcome the barriers with deadlines defined.- Liaising with customers, and acting as the link between, the client and the company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.- Conducting daily/weekly strategic meetings with Senior Management Team and discussing regular operations and possible solutions of the issues.- Setting up KPIs and measuring the performance of the whole dept.- Managing Customer accounts and queries when needed.- Managing 50 people of the department and assign projects and jobs to be done with defined deadlines.- Finalizing salaries and bonuses of the whole dept. and forwarding to accounts dept. and also other necessary requirements.

- Assign daily work to the designers based on their expertise, catering 200 jobs per day.- Briefing to the designers on what approach to peruse while processing an individual job.- Coordinating with other departments when needed (Sales, Customer Service, Accounts, IT and Admin dept.)- Following up with the customers via email to resolve issues with the daily work.- Meeting the deadlines of the daily work while managing multiple teams of 10+ designers simultaneously.- Daily detailed reports of the day’s work.

Solely operated supply business in terms of purchasing, sales, deliveries, importing required goods, correspondence with foreign vendors, correspondence with procurement dept. and users.
