I completed my master degree in Information Technology and Systems from the Victorian Institute of Technology. I also completed a professional year program and ACS course for the development of useful professional skills. With the help of these programs and courses, I got capable of improving my team working, problem-solving and communication skills. Moreover, my internship has also helped me a lot in gaining a lot of knowledge and improving my skills in which I had to perform a variety of tasks, activities and do assistance in several projects. I helped my colleagues in updating and managing multiple software applications. After completing all of the above learning, I developed the following SFIA skills:• ITMG (IT Management)I got capable of performing effective Information Technology Management while working at my workplace during the internship period because I offered assistance to my superiors in the effective management of computer systems and updating multiple software applications. I think it would not be wrong to state that I have developed level 5 skills as now I am capable of upgrading, controlling, installing and operating the IT infrastructure and can be accountable for it.• DATM (Data Management)I am capable of performing effective management of data of organization because I worked with plenty of data and was responsible to do management of it for easy and effective decision making. I can say that I have developed this skill to level 3. I am now capable of doing management of data by using ethical techniques and following organizational policies. • UNAN (User Experience Analysis)I also worked to analyze the user experience from the services and products of the company offered to their end-users to improve the quality and performance of products and services based on the taken feedback. I can state that I developed this skill to level 3. Now, I am capable of selecting a highly useful technique for extracting useful data from the user experience and converting it into useful information to improve.
