JOB PROFILE• Handling end to end recruitment life cycle• Searching candidates from times, noukri portals• Handle profiles related to different sectors like Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, automobile, farming, IT etc.• Reviewing & short listing cv for skilled & unskilled employee • Co-ordinate Associates (Sub Agent)• Co-ordinate the client interview• Short listings Candidates and Conducting Interviews• Maintaining the records of the candidates by maintaining their personal file.• Coordinating with Candidate for arranging interviews likes Mumbai, Delhi, UP, etc.• Searching candidates from times job.com portal OTHER RESPONSIBILITES 1) Preparing Agreement of candidate selected2) Making employment contract3) Preparing insurance policies4) Keeping records of candidates who submitted their cv’s for future correspondence
