CurrentHeading the Digital Marketing wing, responsible for managing digital campaigns for multi-million dollar clients of the company including AT&T, WOW, HughesNet, Frontier and Time Warner Cable along Top E-Commerce clothing brands, Leisure brand and recruitment firms in USA.Core responsibilities:- Manage and supervise accounts with collective revenue portfolio of $85Million- Manage spend(Search+Social) of ~$1Million/Month- To strengthen strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.- Work towards evolving the company's business model to become the leading edge marketing agency.- To ensure financial gains for our stakeholders and customers.- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, traffic and conversions.- Execute technical audits and support to the developers.- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.- Manage and supervise agency accounts.- Effective utilization of Google marketing tools including Google Display, Search network, YouTube and Shopping Ads.- Manage major clients from various industries like clothing and subscription services, recruitment, e-commerce in US market on search and social platforms.- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze traffic trends and customer data to come up with creative ideas.- Supervise Contact Center call volumes and any drop in traffic.
