Fully responsible for the sampling programs until final approval from buyer. Fully responsible for the placement yarn, fabrics, accessories and all other trims required for the each orders. Make approval or obtain approval from buyer as and when necessary. Responsible for consumption of each article and notify buyer accordingly. Fully responsible for the placement of orders and ensure on time production and shipment to the buyer. Maintain all kind of production procedures as per buyer’s requirement. Total coordination with the factories and quality assurance to ensure that most of the productions are going on in right direction. Assist top management in budgetary process, yearly production target and other important issues as and when required. Study file & familiarize with all file details & requirements. Study & review comments on approval against actual production. Check pattern before proceed to cutting. Evaluate samples from approval to shipment samples. Install quality standard on all sewing operations with respect to buyer’s quality manual. Co-ordinate line Q.A supervisor concerning production to ensure that everySpecification is strictly followed. Recommend technical/ sewing techniques to production staff for productive interest. Coordinate with merchandisers regarding buyer’s instruction. Coordinate weekly schedule such as final & shipping schedules. Coordinate sewing department regarding quality issues. Sampling plans with allowable defective units. Specification for fiver content tag/labels and care labeling measurement. Coordinate with finishing head regarding quality of garments to be shipped. Ensure that all garments are precisely inspected before pack.
