• Joined NorthBay in capacity of a corporate entrepreneur to build a product division within a services organization, which meant building a multi-disciplinary team and product line from scratch.• Built capacity and capability and multi-disciplinary teams within the organization to build good and fun games of wide variety as products. That meant grooming and building, development, art, quality assurance, game design, user acquisition and marketing teams as well as a repeatable process to churn out and support products at a constant rate.• Successfully managed the entire business unit with multiple teams and multiple games including design, market research, development, release, user acquisition and data driven game design updates to achieve business goals.• Transitioned into managing large scale data warehousing projects and delivered them successfully.

• Defined and executed the vision for the organization while working directly with CEO.• Successfully set up services division from grounds up(second time) within the organization. This included marketing, sales and delivery of several IT / game development related projects to clients globally.• Provided assessment/estimation of time and cost according to RFPs.• Delivered several games and other projects as part of services division.• Trained the resources on services projects which later on seeded as expansion for product team and resulted into increased capacity of delivering products. • Successfully negotiated and sold variation of Cricket Revolution to different vendors in India.

- One of the key players behind Cricket Revolution. Initially I helped set up Art & Animation team from grounds up. - Delivered all the character artwork for the game.- Created, managed and produced entire artwork production for the game and for marketing/promotion material. - Worked with all the teams (Art, Design, Engineering) to establish a pipeline and solving all the technical issues.- Set up our own Motion Capture Studio, developed a pipeline for cleaning and implementing mocap animations in engine.

- Taught various courses of 3d Art (Modeling, Lighting, Animation etc) to students of Masters of Multimedia, Diploma courses and Bachelors of Film & TV Department.

That resulted as a rapid growth for Image Dynamics.
