-Scheduling and performing tests/examinations of incoming material, ensuring deadlines are met and coordinating with clients throughout the process.-Job booking, job processing and reporting.-Responsible for Implementing 5S methodology in Lab.-Developing new services/techniques with available facilities.-Responsible for inquiries requiring specialist support from Exova Group Labs in Middle East, U.K., E.U. and the Americas. Point of contact for coordination between local clients and Global team.-Analyzing and implementing procedures as per ASTM, BS EN ISO, ASME, AWS, API 1104 etc-Review of Test procedures and Material specifications for clients requirements-Mechanical evaluations including Tensile, Weld-Bend, Charpy, Hardness, Rebar Bend/Rebend-Corrosion testing and evaluation including ASTM G28, ASTM A262, ASTM G48, BS 4515 in coherence with Saudi Aramco requirements such as 02-SAMSS-012.-Metallurgical evaluation of weldments / weld profiles including leak path (ASME, AWS etc)-Technical review and pricing for incoming inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations. -Micro structural analysis for determining coating thickness, ferite count, grain size, grains morphology, and corrosion along grain boundaries.-Investigating accidents where it is suspected that the cause may be related to metallurgical failure, such as in joint failures, bolting etc-Technical report writing for failure investigations under the supervision of Senior technical staff

- Designing new products according to client provided specifications/requirements using CAD softwares i.e. AutoCAD, Pro-Engineering.- Designing the best manufacturing route for the product.- Cost Analysis and cost review for new and old products.- 2D and 3D drawings for installation of products at site.- Responsible for Installation of products at site.- Direct interaction with clients regarding specification and installation of items.- Technical analysis/review of manufacturing route to save time and cost.- Bidding for projects and keep competitors and profitability in check.- Additional Responsibilities include Business Development, & Technical Sales including client acquisition, quotation and invoicing.
