CITYCLIENT: THE ROYAL COMMISSION FOR JUBAILJOB TITLE: TELECOM MANAGER (Key Position)RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop work plan for the project to sustain as a top performing Operation & Maintenance contractor of the Royal Commission of Jubail• Upgrade existing communication equipment to provide better service to the end users• Liaison maintain with the Royal Commission and different government wings of ICT Ministry of KSA• Supervise Telephone, Radio and IPTV sections under Telecom Department• Supervise the configuration and maintenance of Tait TB7100 Base station• Train Telecom O&M team members & new recruits and assign daily tasksACHIEVEMENTS:• Provided solution of noisy radio communication by installing Bi-Directional RF amplifiers inside the Royal Commission offices within a month of my joining• Successfully hired new skilled Telephone, Radio & IPTV technician & foreman and the O&M team started performing much better and faster than before
