High-Level Trade Coordination• Trade Partner Enlistment and Engagement• Operations coordination aimed at trade aggregation• Logistics trade partner engagement and coordination Farmer Engagement and Input Disbursement Coordination • In charge of input planning in the location which includes registration of farmers, meeting with cooperative heads, visiting farms, and attending cooperative meetings• Drive loan disbursement, reporting, and repayment• Promote the adoption and establishment of robust outreach operations Warehouses Audit and Compliance• Promote proper management of warehouses in the jurisdiction• Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to in all warehouses in the region.• Resolution of any issues/challenges faced by warehouses in the region and escalate to appropriate quarters. • Ensure adoption of standard warehouse practices for commodities intake, stacking, storage, and dispatches• Promote data integrity across all technology system • Conduct periodic checks for all operations aimed at ensuring operational integrity and consistency• Ensures all transactions are posted and paid.• Accurate and timely mid and end-month reports.

Maintains inventory by conducting bi-monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data in the relevant applications and platformsResponsible for the daily entry of stock on workbenchPlan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goodsSupervise and control inflow and dispatch operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damageMonitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracyResponsible for outreach to farmers in their locations by ensuring the registration of all farmers with AFEX.Visiting Cooperatives and attending their meetingsSchedule field visitation days with team members (Field Extension Officers) to have first – hand experience of the field work Responsible for accepting quality grains into the warehouse and maintain the quality of the grains in the warehouse.Ensure the safety and preservation of stocks, judicious use of equipment, fumigants, and other property of the Corporation.Responsible for reporting the market price of all commodities traded in their local communities.Trader Volume Aggregation Responsible for customer engagement across aggregation channelsResponsible for aggregating volumes from traders around the communities allocated to the WH.Manages clients’ requests and resolves issues promptlyLiaise with clients on new information as and when required in a timely way Plan field visits to meet with clients and solve issuesSupervise Warehouse Employees and oversees daily operationsSafeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.Exercise supervision over the staff to maintain proper discipline and to ensure that there is complete cohesion and harmony among the staff as also to inculcate team spirit, cooperation, and a sense of participation amongst the staff working at the warehouse
