Project and Process Management – Coordinate with onshore engagement teams to implement the Global process on the respective engagements by understanding the project/client deliverables, sharing best practices with the onshore team, aligning the engagement specificity with the Global Mobility process, streamlining and implementing the process and communicating with the Global offices involved with the engagement.• Managing relationships with the countries and regional contact.• Point of contact for the entire country compliance• Adhere to practice protocols and other internal processes consistently. Maintaining process narratives, Timesheet analysis, Assignment Cycle, and Billing- Invoice protocols of clients and keeping it up-to-date as per client specifications.• Worked along with the engagement partner on Global EY network pricing and fee for RFP proposals/ contract renewals• Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports for billing purposes using MS Excel and other data-generating tools.Reporting - Identified trends and monitored productivity metrics and set up the Annual Budgets for the clients for the service renders.Account Management -Manage multiple engagements(clients) and team members simultaneously and collaborate with the offshore engagement team to identify critical project outcomes, work products, barriers to success, and changes in expectations or scope.Manage a portfolio of engagements and be responsible for the timeliness and quality of the work of the Global shared services team serving that engagement. Provide Data Management, Coordination, Account Management services globally to Human capital, Business Tax Compliance, Q&RM (Quality and Risk Management) groups within Ernst & Young.Working with flexibility allows for telephone communication with International Engagement teams despite time zone differences.Coaching new hires and buddy up with the new team members, to guide and act as their “Go to” person.
