Provide expertise and guidance during equipment installation and commissioning, troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions.6. Implement quality control measures to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to project specifications, conducting inspections and audits as necessary.7. Adhere to strict safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle, promoting a culture of safety among project teams and subcontractors.8. Maintain accurate documentation of equipment specifications, installation procedures, and commissioning activities, preparing progress reports for stakeholders.9. Monitor engineering progress for both rotating and static equipment, ensuring work meets safety and environmental standards.10. Possess a comprehensive understanding of rotating and static equipment, including pumps, compressors, agitators, blowers, driers, gear box, heat exchangers, tanks, reactors and vessels used in bioethanol Production.11. Familiarity with GAD, data sheets, technical specifications, 3D modelling, and plant layout reviews.12. Scheduling all variations per contract and keeping records for monthly reports.13.
