1) Developing multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ base (Existing & Current) for Arshiya. 2) Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; closures; handover to the account management team3) Representing Arshiya at Industry events and Tradeshows with the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts. 4) Sales Target v/s Achievement : Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly5) To facilitate cross selling and up selling of Arshiya's integrated services to increase the customer base. 6) Presenting Arshiya International Ltd to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings & all communication channels7) Developing and Visibility of Sales Dash board on a regular basis.8) Assist in creating detailed SOP’s after closures for smooth transition. .9) Maintaining & Refining Sales Pipeline on Quarterly basis
