• The position of SPMM Coordinator (SPMM stands for Strategic Project Management Model) encompasses to coordinate the implementation of SPMM in the Field ministry through Regional Directors (RDs) and Area Coordinators.
• To develop MIS as per the demand of the project.
• To monitor and provide reporting of SPMM its implementation, key issues and proposed changes.
• To unify and train regional SPMM coordinators in the vision and processes of SPMM for effective use of virtual environments.
• To plan and conduct research on the services that are provided.
• To develop social programs and also the MIS to assess the awareness of existing social services i.e., provided for the target group.

Agra Area, India

• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining MIS system at project office
• Continually updating the database, recording and compiling staff reports, and generating other reports as required.
• Responsible for making monthly plans in discussion with the PD, and participating, narrating old reports and keeping updated minutes during annual planning in accordance with the project strategic plan.
• Developing Social survey research questionnaires, to co-ordinate and conduct surveys, analyzing data, and compiling and interpreting statistics on social issues and policy areas.
• Tasks as a DO (Documentation officer) also included accurately tracking and recording activities and impacts of the project, and making necessary field visits to capture success stories, development processes, and.
• Generating Monthly/ Quarterly /Half Yearly and Annual Reports for the project.
