job responsibilities:-• IPIR Report Making (Dimension Inspection• Responsible For Reduction Of Line Rejection And ReworkGauge checking • Dye Penetrant test.• Rejection Data Analysis.• Conducts internal Process and Product audit.• Attain customer complaints, Preparation of RCA & CAPA.• PDI inspection.• Monitoring For Rework.• Verification of melting report, production report, chemical report, heat treatment report on daily basis.• CMM Report Analysis For Acceptance Of The Part• Conducting Product Audit And Process Audit, Lay Out Inspection, Handling The Daily Line Quality Issue• Knowledge About Problem Solving Quality Control Tool CAPA, RCA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, 7QC Tool
