Currently looking to get into Human Resource field after years of working inn retail and providing HR CONSULTING for my current employer. I have been able to maintain and improve my sales skills, my product knowledge learning, actively practicing recruitment and selection process in a small independent business, team building and working with next-generation individuals. Previous management career involved working in a corporate and multinational business environment. My intent is to combine my 35 years of Retail sales, management and operations experience with my newly horned HR management training. Career goal today is to work in a corporate environment where knowledge learning and teaching is a critical part of the work process.
