Lead and manage the digital operations team, including the development and execution of digital initiatives and projects.Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.Ensure the integration of digital technologies and processes across all business functions and departments.Monitor and report on digital performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.Stay current with digital trends and technologies and incorporate them into the company's digital operations as appropriate.Collaborate with the CDO and other members of the digital team to develop and implement cross-functional digital initiatives.Manage the budget for digital operations and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.Ensure the security and reliability of the company's digital systems and data

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns• Design, build and maintain social media presence• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests• Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end Viewer experience across multiple channels and Viewer touch points• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results Regularly feed back insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion Develop innovative, effective, on-going social media plan/strategy across all channels of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and more) and continually update that plan/strategy and related activity based on emerging trends and opportunities.  Analyze/interpret results and actively “listen" to the social media community, regularly report on findings.
