• Supervising the service department team and delivering services to customers effectively and on time.• Monitoring and maintaining electrical & mechanical equipment or machinery performance as per customer requirements.• Provide training to customers on how equipment works including how to use it safely.• Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers.• Ordering and restocking materials when it is required.• Participating in ongoing training to keep up to date with the latest developments in engineering.• Providing clear customer feedback.• Leading or assisting with the support of different projects.

• Carry out calibration of critical instruments/equipment like Weighing Balance (Load cell), Temperature Transmitter/Sensor, Pressure Transmitter/Gauge, Speed (rpm) Sensor, Differential Pressure Transmitter/Gauge, Flow Meter, Conductivity Meter, Tablet Tester, Friability Tester, Leak Tester, Moisture Analyzer, Dissolution Tester, Disintegration Tester and Chart Recorder etc. • Prepare calibration certificate, maintain history file & archive it in the respective file.• Prepare yearly calibration schedule and monthly review report on the calibration schedule.• Calibration schedule maintained on SAP or ERP software.• Maintain communication with third-party calibration agencies and supervise calibration work like OTS, IESL, Diamade, Khan and Deen, Sakha Internationals and Precisa Techno Trade, etc.• Prepare calibration, thermal mapping, and re-qualification/validation SOPs & protocols.• Participate in validation/re-qualification work like HVAC, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Autoclave, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Thermal Mapping and process Machinery, etc.• Participate in qualification-related activities like IQ, OQ, and PQ of new machinery and equipment.• Participate in all quality management-related activities like Deviation, CAPA & Change Control etc.• Successfully faced many stringent regulatory audits or inspections like US-FDA, UK-MHRA, TFDA, QP-UK, ANVISA (Brazil), NPRA (Malaysia), Libya, Emcure-India, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uganda, NMRA (Sri-Lanka), PPB-Kenya, Casto pharma-USA, CIPLA-India, Yemen, Nuwill (Bionpharma) and UNICEF (Safe the children) etc.• Any other activity assigned by management.

• Execute breakdown maintenance and ensure proper operation & monitoring of machinery & systems related to production and plant facility.• Prepare a schedule and perform preventive maintenance & calibration on machinery and systems related to production and plant facility.• Ensure running of machines/equipment on agreed efficiencies and ensure maximum utilization in production units.• Ensure and maintain track of proper inventory of spare parts and engineering consumables.• Prepare, update, and maintain engineering SOPs, drawings, history files, and technical documents.
