Organize all commercial documents , Keeping Files , scanning , Printing , Photocopy , Typing etc. Effective business communication with foreign buyers , cost and freight agents , etc. Plan transportation and maintain all records , keep all export - related documents . Check all Import / Export documents required at different levels ( Commercial invoice , Packing List , Delivery Challan / Receipt ) Sufficient knowledge of import & export , international business , Trading , Custom clearing & forwarding , negotiating & finalize with authority regarding Customs / Bank / Export / LC / CAD / Sales Contract / Freight Forwarding / C & F / Supply Chain , etc. of Commercial Department of the company , Co - ordinate with C & F Agents , Banks , Freight Forwarders , and Transport for Export purpose . Should have adequate knowledge of industry policy , import policy , export policy , HR & labour law .
