To execute the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and validation work of various utility equipment and pharmaceuticals production related machineries. 4. Operate and maintain all Utility (Air compressor, Boiler, ETP, Purified Water System, Air cooled Chiller, Dehumidifier, Air Handling Unit) related machines efficiently & effectively for smooth production. 5. Supervision of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of liquid process machine, Automatic Liquid Roto filling machine, CVC leveling machine, 6. To execute of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of Blister machine. Auto counting machine, folding machine, Batch printing machine and Automatic pouch machine. 7. Supervision of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of RMG, Multi mill, FBD machine 200kg, Blender, Coating machine-400kg, 8. To involve in giving ideas, layout and loop design for developing new PW project. 9. Working with vendor in improvement or modification. 10. To execute maintain regular contact with supplier / local workshop/ Inter Department related to job.. 11. Giving engineering support to prepare some master documents like SOP, Change Control, Corrective Action and Preventive Action, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ as well as ISO related all documents 12. To execute the Office Management application ORACLE. 13. Supervision of preventive and breakdown maintenance all Utility and production Machine.Project Work ⮚ HVAC system and Clean room fabrication design, installation commissioning and validation work as Project Supervision Engineer at General Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
