As Chief Product architect, I invented and patented 2 innovative products, namely the Oran-go Multifruit Juice business cart (www.oran-go.com) and the ISE-YA Multi business cart (www.ise-ya.ng). The ISE-YA Multi Business cart is the first product from our ISE-YA brand, ISE-YA (Innovative and Sustainable Entrepreneurship for Youths in Africa) is an acronym for our entrepreneurship solution developed to reduce youth unemployment in Nigeria and Africa. Our plan is to roll out more innovative products under this brand name, this products will be in alignment with our current and future goals as an organization.My focus as the CEO and Chief Product architect is to continuously create monetizable and sustainable solutions that will address many of the socio-economic problems we are currently facing in Africa. Myself and my team have taken a decision to focus on creating monetizable and sustainable solutions that will help to reduce youth unemployment in Africa.We are currently working on another INNOVATIVE invention that will help to reduce Climate change while creating employment / entrepreneurship opportunities for unemployed youths, unemployed men and women. This product will be released under our ISE-YA brand by the end of Q3 2021, we are currently beta testing this new innovative product. I am extremely excited about this upcoming product as it takes a very bold attempt at tackling climate change in Africa while also tackling the problem of youth unemployment.I personally believe that innovative solutions using new and existing technologies will be used to solve many of the socio-economic problems we are currently facing in many African countries.My main objective as the CEO and Chief Product Architect is to position ideas in fusion limited as one the companies that is committed to making positive and sustainable contributions towards transforming many developing African countries to developed countries within the next 10 years.

Chief Executive Officer of E.N.T.S limited. Responsibilities includes setting the goals and objectives of the company and also, formulating corporate strategy, establishing standards and guidelines by which the goals and objective are achieved. Proper execution of the plans and strategy has resulted into increased growth with efficient allocation of human and capital resources.

Field Operations Manager in charge of day to day wireline evaluation and production log acquisition activities. Had responsibility for Multi Million dollar per year activity ( based on Logging activity on 6 drilling rigs and several production platforms) with Total, Spdc, Addax, Pan Ocean as major clients . Staff strength of 60. Key functions were : Technical Support to Field Engineers, activity planning and resource allocation, Engineer training and development, Maintenance co-ordination, financial responsibility for location, client sales / technical support.

Primary functions was fixed asset management, planning and allocation for the 4 locations (Mumbai, Baroda, Rajamundhry and Nazira) that makes up the wireline geomarket in India. Responsibilities included location auditing, ensuring compliance to Schlumberger QHSE policies and standards in all locations, field engineer/field technician training and development and fixed asset maintenance management.

Primary functions was training and development of field engineers and technicians within the wireline geomarket. Responsibilities included improving the proficiency of field engineers with on the job training modules, specialized key services tools and equipment training for field engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance to the Schlumberger log quality control and HSE Standards.

General Field Engineer co-ordinating all of Schlumberger’s Wireline operations for Petrobel ( Egyptian national oil company) and british gas , planning and execution of jobs , supervision of 12 other engineers and 20 operators and support staff. Responsibilities included field engineer training, preparing service quality meetings with clients, Pre-job and Post job meeting with clients and key services training for engineers

Formation Evaluation Logging engineer responsible for the data acquisition from Hi-Technology computer based survey systems that characterized the Geophysical , petro physical and geological parameters of Oil and Gas wells. Reached the peak of the structured training for the Schlumberger Field Engineer. Played more active role in giving technical support to other engineers, problem solving and innovations to technical challenges specific to operating conditions.
