I have recruited within engineering and manufacturing for nearly 20 years. Specific market sectors would include aerospace, defence, marine, nuclear, petrochemical & energy, I have recruited across design, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, logistics etc up to management and executive level.In particular I have worked within professional engineering, sourcing design engineers, project engineers (and managers), quality engineers, manufacturing engineers, in addition to skilled trades and support personnel.I have recruited across the defence sector, including candidates that are required to be SC and DV cleared.A non-exhaustive list of companies I have recruited for includes:Lockheed Martin, GKN, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine, IMI, Cobham, MBDA, Ultra-Electronics, MeggittI managed an MSP for 4 years supporting all engineering recruitment for 7 sites across the UK. During this time I recruited over 600 temporary/interim workers and over 150 permanent staff across the business.Over my years in recruitment, I have built up a network of hundreds of engineers, with access to many more.
