• • Polygel industries is an Adhesives and Speciality chemicals company with annual sales turnover of over INR 150 crores. During my tenure with Polygel in my role of Executive Assitant to CEO, I was fortunate to be a part of team lead by our CEO, which turned around the company from a small 10 crore business to 125 crore multi businesses institution in 8 years’ time.• This was achieved by way of organic growth, two acquisitions and mergers and two Private Equity fund infusions.
