  I am responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy across multiple channels; from the company website to social media and targeted html ads, print ads in trade press as well as project managing stands at UK and international exhibitions. Most recently I have managed the development of our new ecommerce website to sell new machines and accept offers for used machines online. When I joined the company the branding lacked consistency, gradually, as I assumed more responsibility, I’ve been able to connect all the channels and update the marketing equipment we work with through a subtle rebranding and now I’m confident that the outward face of the company looks and feels much more professional and cohesive. I design and produce all our marketing material including machine brochures, all our adverts and exhibition graphics, I co-produce the machine videos for the company YouTube channel, I write all our press releases and news items for the website and I continually work to optimise our website’s search engine potential. I’m also responsible for allocation and control of the marketing budget.I have a small team with 2 people reporting to me. I manage the workflow for the team, deciding who works on what project, what the timescale should be for each project and make sure that each project is delivered on time, in budget and up to standard. During exhibition periods our team gets much larger with up to 30 yardmen, engineers and the sales team to coordinate. I’m responsible for the whole exhibition process – including the ballot selection when booking the stand; selecting a stand designer; booking accommodation and travel for the team; booking services on the stand; transport for the machines; build up, show week and break down; all the marketing activities for the show; and controlling the budget.
