As a result of over 30 years in the financial services sector I have extensive experience in many aspects of corporate governance, corporate actions and communications with stakeholders, in particular with FTSE-250 companies. I also have vast experience in the London-listed investment funds space and am currently making the transition from the role of company secretary to that of non-executive director.A quietly confident, committed and curious individual who has enjoyed building relationships with board members and advisers over many years. Always eager to learn, whether in a professional capacity or from travelling.
