I also have vast experience in the London-listed investment funds space and am currently making the transition from the role of company secretary to that of non-executive director.A quietly confident, committed and curious individual who has enjoyed building relationships with board members and advisers over many years. Over three decades of experience around the boardroom table as a proactive and trusted company secretary, as well as extensive interaction with board and C-suite executives on a daily basis in my most recent role as group company secretary of an operating company.
