I do this through face-to-face networking, using our existing database and the proactive use of social media. I am responsible for the full sales pipeline; from lead generation resulting from marketing activity, through consultation, proposal & tender writing, pitching, negotiation and closing. I am also responsible for daily office management: the planning and management of presenters' diaries, overseeing marketing activity, and managing the Events team's duties.

A small, niche firm, I was involved in assisting at events in unique and amazing venues in central London. I researched new venues, produced client presentation materials, updated and managed the database and witnessed the full events management process.

A largely client-facing role I was the first point of contact for both 6th form tutorial students as well as private EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students. The role helped to hone my creative communication skills and it taught me the importance and value of maintaining the public face of the school's brand.I provided full administrative support to the busy main office which required prioritising my work load and excellent organisational skills, using word processing, excel, access, and a telephone switchboard.
