I am responsible for driving a programme of Continuous Improvement through the business, one which delivers excellent customer value, eradicates wasteful processes and delivers significant cost savings. Also, the introduction of performance management measures and targets, with an overarching goal of introducing a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organisation. I also have responsibility for the delivery of several new HR initiatives and projects.
