This role has given me a wealth of experience in not only developing and managing marketing campaigns, but in client relationship management, organising schedules, project management & contract administration skills. Marketing & PR Responsibilities:• Development of the marketing plan, budget and marketing campaigns for both residential and commercial sectors. • Reviewing, redesign and updating of all marketing collateral which includes developing the company’s website, brochure design, editorials and advertising.• Management of the company’s website content to ensure Search Engine Optimisation, regularly updating content and managing all social media. • Responsible for all marketing communications, as well as liaising with promotional and production companies on behalf of the managing director. This encompasses: managing the project construction reporting process, scheduling trades and ensuring the process flow smoothly.• Stakeholder and client relationship management; liaising and communicating with clients to build and maintain positive relationships throughout the pool construction, update and report to clients on progress against the schedule through to completion.
