I am passionate and career focused, ensuring business objectives align with the organisations Quality Ethos, compliance and procedures. I am committed to all work I undertake to exceed all business targets. I am confident in my professional approach working hard at all times to achieve my own and aide others individuals’ goals and opportunities. I enjoy working with people and see life as being full of possibilities and challenges to overcome and am skilled in HR and a member of the CIPD. I love that my role is so diverse and yet still customer focused. Every day is a new and exciting challenge and change is inevitable.I also work within the third sector focusing on increasing web presence and increasing organic traffic, whilst aiding local families.
