I am leading cross-functional teams to enable business transformation and operational excellence in delivering a cloud-based SaaS LIMS.In the past twenty years, I've successfully built and managed two global bioinformatics companies. I have set up offshore development centers from the ground up, recruited key personnel, established processes, created operational strategies, formed international business partnerships, and conceived and implemented many new business initiatives. I have been extensively published in journals such as BIO, Lab Manager, Technology Networks, and have given talks at conferences of ISBER, ESBB, and Labroots. I chaired the Member Relations Committee at ISBER, a global biobanking organization. I am on the Board of Indore Management Association (IMA).
