As principal at McGlashan Consulting:- I provide governance advisory services focused on ensuring boards are functional, collaborative, inclusive, and led by their values; including inclusive board evaluations, strategic planning facilitation, chair and director coaching, governance insights for new directors, and board culture workshops.- I work with organizations to design and implement impactful workplace mental health strategies. I teach leaders how to maintain and enhance their own mental health, and create a more mentally healthy workplace for everyone.- I run leadership workshops for executive teams and boards on gender, race, and unconscious bias in governance and in organizational culture. I provide education on inclusive decision-making and EDI strategy advisory services.
