I assist three different departments in ordering supplies, filing and organizing departmental reports. I assist in casino audits and organizing paperwork for internal audits. I assist in setting up the Leadership Monthly meetings and organizing departmental notes. Assist in implementing policy and procedures.

Oversee a staff of 20 cashiers and 3 shift supervisors. I maintained all cage operations on a daily basis, insured all policy and procedures were being followed for inner department, gaming, state and federal regulations. My team was successful with the monthly training, communication and interaction I had with them one-on-one. I had a great relationship with the Audit Manager who worked with the cage operations to find ways to eliminate exception notices. I also assisted Human Resources with the guest service program that was a fun success. I worked well with the internal auditor to insure the cage was set with standards according to Ms. Gaming Laws. Prior to being taken over by Churchill Downs, I assisted the prior company, Rush Street in opening 3 of their sister properties: Rivers Casino, Des Plains, IL., Rivers Casino, Pittsburgh, PA., and Sugar House, Philadelphia, PA. I love learning all areas of the casinos to assist in our company success.

Oversee cage operation and soft count operation. Worked with racing operation and lead a team of sixty people. Worked with HR in training skills.
