Promote Holiday communities to potential senior prospects and their families. Responsible for generating leads, build and maintain relationships with with those leads in order to move along the sales process in order to close the deal. We market the all-inclusive lifestyle that we provide to seniors by providing them all needed and holistic amenities they desire such as meals, housekeeping, enriching activity calendar. I have worked at 2 communities: Grasslands Estates to help increase their sales quotas and am now at Garden Village which I have increased our census their as well. I am also in charge of outreach marketing to local medical offices, hospitals, social workers, rehabilitation centers, senior centers to educate them of our services in an effort to build relationships with them and in return they refer clients to us. Making weekly and monthly goals in regards to sales and marketing visits, ability to read reports and understand what needs to happen to reach our goal. Setting up promotional events and advertising that generates traffic to the community such as senior fairs, hosting red-hatter events and veteran events, among others to bring in new leads. I also work with other associations that work with seniors and build relationships with them and always staying up to date on our competitiors.

Design and implement programs for retirement/healthcare community for seniors that are 55 and better. My program encourages development physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. I handled all resident and employee events, 16 page monthly newsletter, advertising, training leasing associates, marketing and PR to businesses and organizations.
