Led cloud, infrastructure, and system integration teams for Mandiant Google.

Lead operational transformation with devops principles to modernize service delivery in the areas of cloud, infrastructure, networking, architecture, and service operations. Compiled a team of world class engineers to transform cloud operations, site reliability engineering, network engineering and operations, data center operations, telemetry and observability tooling, CI/CD pipeline services, and more. Major deliverables include 1) deploying cloud financial management tools to provide visibility and governance to business and engineering leadership resulting in significant savings across the business; 2) instituting a team of site reliability engineers to focus on devops, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), automation, ci/cd pipeline services, telemetry improvements, and service reliability; 3) rearchitecture of the global network to optimize and simpify years of acquisitions and neglect, updating the cloud connectivity, data center spine-leaf, enterprise WAN with SDWAN - consolidating from nearly 200 WAN connections to less than 50, office networking standards, and industry leading IaC for networking; 4) co-led efforts to deliver IaC for on-premise storage, compute, and virtualization environment; 5) co-led data center consolidation efforts over a few years to reduce the corporate data center footprint from eight to three, again saving several million dollars annually; 6) co-led implementation of AIOps platform to correlate operational events from several monitoring, security, logging, and management systems; 7) defined service catalog, service tiers, and SLO/SLAs for operations; 8) established KPIs, reports, and dashboards to measure service availability, operational effectiveness, and agile delivery; 9) created a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and cross-functional team support.

Together delivered business and customer value by efficiently managing the public and private cloud infrastructure and operations in as many as 16 data centers which we moved and consolidated down to 4. We optimized data center, networking, storage, computing, and cloud costs, capacity, and scalability. The annual bottomline savings from our efforts in consolidation, optimization, automation, life-cycle management, vendor management, etc. was easily 8-figures a year. Manage global data centers, networking, storage, and compute operations for EVault. My team of engineers are responsible for managing 20 different corporate and production sites around the globe. We maintain the cloud infrastructure that supports the EVault products and services as well as the corporate network, telecom systems, and network management systems that run the EVault business.

At Select Portfolio Servicing, I led a team of data center, network, security, server, storage, and application engineers. We managed the day to day operations for 1200+ employees. I managed and prioritized the business needs matching them with the right infrastructure. Our budget ranged from 2-4 million dollars annually. We supported two geographically diverse data centers and over 600 storage, compute, and network nodes. We maintained numerous production, corporate, test, and development environments supporting our development team's software development life cycle (SDLC). Also in this capacity, I created and maintained a hardware life cycle for all of our compute, storage and network hardware. We maintained a robust private cloud infrastructure and much more.

At JP Morgan Chase I acted as a Senior Network Security Engineer for the Commercial Card platform. I performed consulting and engineering duties in relation to the support, maintenance, architecture, design, and move of the commercial card application. While at Chase I worked for Treasury Services, IT Operations, and Data Center Operations.
