I'm a communications and marketing specialist with strong leadership and project management skills. I help brands, individuals and institutions stand out through innovative and impactful strategies, captivating storytelling, and impeccably executed projects.With over five years' experience, I've designed successful communications and content strategies, orchestrated memorable marketing campaigns, and piloted projects with significant social impact.My leadership and project management skills enabled me to lead a team of over 20 professionals at BUSTEK MEDIA, where we implemented high-impact initiatives. In addition, I managed an administrative team of over nine people at SENSC and mentored a community of over fifty young people.In 2021, I created, launched and coordinated the BM Conversation through BUSTEK MEDIA. This event quickly established itself as one of the most important technology and entrepreneurship events in Haiti. To date, we have organized 5 editions, attracting over 1,500 face-to-face participants. Over 15 experts have spoken at these sessions, and our live broadcasts have reached over 500,000 people, while over 1 million have been reached via our micro-content. We have established more than 15 partnerships with institutions such as UNDP, Capital Bank, Barbancourt, ESIH and more. Beyond the professional aspect, I'm an open-minded person, with a team spirit and a great capacity for innovation. I believe in sharing knowledge and in quality education for all.
