As a Licensed Security Guard, I often oversee security for specific venues, events, concerts. or other public and private areas. In the event a problem arises related to criminal activity, a safety issue, unauthorized personnel at the location or other similar disturbances, it is my responsibility to solve the problem or contact the proper authorities to help solve the problem.Other duties and responsibilities I often perform are security procedures such as metal detectors or bag checks. Greeting employees or customers. Checking visitors in and out. Securing assigned posts. Reporting incidents and writing reports. I am also responsible for managing the scheduling of my Team, ensuring proper training and procedures are in place while Team building.
