As the AVP of Business Systems at Prospera Credit Union, I support the organization as a partner and expert for internal and member-facing core systems. In my nearly 10 years with the CU, I've become intimately familiar with the CU*Answers core product suite (CU*Base, ITSME247, & eDOC Innovations). In my 'day-job', I focus on strategic initiatives related to data integrity, analysis, visualization, and democratization, as well as custom report query and imaging/paperless strategy. For the last 2 years, I've led the organization as Project Manager & Systems, Data, & Imaging SME for a core conversion project that successfully moved Prospera CU to the Symitar core & Lumin Digital online banking platforms.I am passionate about realizing user experience and efficiency improvements for internal and external stakeholders via all internal systems and their related processes. I regularly collaborate with and empower front-line staff, back-office staff, executive leadership, and vendors as part of cross-functional teams. I also leverage my functional expertise in digital banking, debit and credit portfolios, bill pay, P2P, A2A, mobile check deposit, and business RDC to enhance the quality and delivery of our services.
