Raised $1.2m in private equity. Exceeded business plan for revenue by 2.5 years; driving cash flow in just 9 months from funding date. Business transformed how training and certification programs can be scaled and launched virtually across multiple regions. Drove profit margins to 72% by FY1 Q2.

Executive Produced the Emmy and Jackson Hole Wildlife Award-winning "Wild Yellowstone" TV specials for National Geographic and Hulu's limited series, "Camp Woodward." Oversaw all television and digital development, production and acquisitions.

Served as SVP and second-in-command to Fox Cable Network's premiere sports and entertainment network targeting the M12-24 demo. Oversaw the channel's programming and marketing departments and multiple remote production groups and partners across Canada, Europe, Australia, and Latin America.Oversaw the channel's music supervision, licensing, and production of its proprietary music library. Also responsible for the network's Neilson data, research, on and off-air promotions, acquisitions, scheduling, and integrated sales. Consistently surpassed ratings targets and aided in channel's blockbuster 270% profit margin through aggressive acquisitions and securing additional revenue flows via integrated sales and ancillary revenue pipelines.

As Vice President, expanded existing EP responsibilities to include channel's programming strategy and overall development; overseeing teams and executives across scheduling, production, music programming and licensing. Helped usher in 3 Emmys, a Cannes Film Festival documentary, and a feature film for the Toronto International Film Festival. Channel was distributed in 120+ countries. Personally developed unique programming clocks and on-air promo strategy to effectively combat ad-skipping and maximize viewer retention during ad-breaks. New approach became a model for other cable networks.

As the third hire, served as a key founding executive responsible for the development and launch of the 24/7 channel in an industry-record amount of time (6 months). Built staff from ground up across production, scheduling, programming, music and operations. Developed and acquired over 150 hours of annual programming across news programs, documentaries, limited series, comedy and event programming. Role included budget forecasting, acquisitions, talent acquisitions and key channel negotiations. Developed and liaised with major consumer brands for branded programming (Verizon, Mountain Dew, Toyota, Jeep, etc.)

Developed and produced multiple limited series to support ESPN's X-Games franchise from its inception; including Kids in the Way, and Paved New World.
