Successfully led an amazing team that grew commercial coverage for the Acessa Procedure, a minimally invasive alternative to hysterectomy, from ~20% to 99.5% and helped thousands of women access the procedure.

Focused on payor strategy, capability building and innovation, including Exchanges, product design and pricing in community rated markets (Exchanges, Medicare, Medicaid and Small Group), payor-provider collaboration, large employers and mental health.
